Terms & Conditions (AGB)

Last updated · 17 June 2026

These terms govern the use of Veloce's courier, freight and warehousing services. Please read them carefully — they form the contract between you and Veloce.

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "AGB") govern all contracts between [Legal entity name] ("Veloce", "we") and the customer ("you") for courier, express, freight, warehousing and related logistics services.
By booking a pickup, creating a shipment or using our portals and apps you accept these Terms. Conflicting or supplementary terms of the customer do not apply unless we have agreed to them in writing.

2. Services

Veloce provides same-day and next-day courier delivery, nationwide and international freight, and warehousing & fulfilment, as described on our website and in your individual agreement.
Transit times and pickup windows are estimates made in good faith and are not guaranteed unless a specific timed service has been booked and confirmed in writing.

3. Orders and formation of contract

A contract is formed when we accept your order — by confirmation in the portal, by email, or by collecting the shipment, whichever happens first.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (addresses, contents, weight, dimensions, contact details). Incorrect information may lead to delays, surcharges or failed delivery.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are those quoted at the time of booking or agreed in your contract, plus statutory VAT and any applicable surcharges (e.g. fuel, remote area, oversize, customs).
Invoices are payable within [14] days of the invoice date unless agreed otherwise. We may charge statutory default interest and reasonable collection costs on overdue amounts.

5. Pickup, delivery and the recipient

The shipment must be ready and properly packaged at the agreed pickup window. Delivery is made to the address provided; we may obtain proof of delivery (signature, name, photo or scan).
If a delivery cannot be completed (recipient absent, access denied, address incorrect), we will record the reason and attempt re-delivery or hold the shipment in line with the booked service; additional charges may apply.

6. Packaging and prohibited goods

You must package goods adequately for transport and label them correctly. The following are excluded from carriage unless expressly agreed in writing: cash and bearer instruments, precious metals and stones, live animals, illegal items, weapons, and dangerous goods (ADR) that have not been declared and approved.
Temperature-controlled, fragile, ADR or high-value goods must be declared at booking so the correct service and handling can be applied.

7. Liability

Our liability for loss of or damage to goods is limited to the extent permitted by the applicable mandatory transport law — including the CMR Convention for cross-border road freight and applicable national freight law for domestic carriage.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (e.g. loss of profit, production downtime) except in cases of intent or gross negligence, or where mandatory law provides otherwise. Liability for injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.
Claims for higher value require a declared value and, where offered, additional transport insurance taken out before carriage.

8. Claims and complaints

Visible loss or damage must be noted at delivery; concealed damage and other claims must be reported without undue delay and within the time limits set by the applicable transport law. Please keep the packaging available for inspection.
Send claims to support@benkyy.net with the tracking code, a description and supporting evidence.

9. Insurance

Carriage is covered to the statutory liability limits described above. Cover beyond those limits is available as optional transport insurance, which must be requested and confirmed before pickup.

10. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. extreme weather, strikes, official measures, network or infrastructure failures). Affected obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.

11. Data protection

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy in accordance with the GDPR.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of [country/state], excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the CISG. Mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence remains unaffected.
The place of jurisdiction for merchants is [city], to the extent legally permissible.

13. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms; the version in force at the time your contract is formed applies. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
