Privacy Policy (Datenschutz)

Last updated · 17 June 2026

Your privacy matters. This policy explains what personal data Veloce processes, why, and the rights you have under the GDPR.

1. Controller

The controller responsible for processing your personal data is [Legal entity name], [address], email support@benkyy.net. Full details are in our Imprint.
For data-protection questions you can also reach our data protection contact at the same address.

2. What this policy covers

This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use our websites, the shipping and tracking portals, our apps, and when we carry shipments for you — in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. Data we process

Shipment data: sender and recipient name, address, phone, email, parcel details, pickup window and tracking events.
Account & contact data: details you provide via forms, support requests or an account, if any.
Driver app data: for our couriers, sign-in identifiers and live location while on shift, used to operate and prove deliveries.
Technical data: IP address, device/browser information, and server logs created automatically when you visit our sites; plus cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

4. Purposes and legal bases

To perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): booking, pickup, carriage, delivery, tracking and customer support.
Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)): tax, accounting and customs requirements.
Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): network security, fraud prevention, service improvement and operating the live control tower; you may object as described below.
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): non-essential cookies and any marketing communications; you can withdraw consent at any time.

5. Recipients and processors

We share data only as needed to deliver the service: with our couriers and network partners, IT/hosting and email providers, payment providers, and — for international shipments — customs and carriers. Processors act on our instructions under data-processing agreements.
We do not sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and for the duration of statutory retention periods (e.g. tax and commercial law), after which it is deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data; rectification; erasure; restriction of processing; data portability; and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.
To exercise any right, contact support@benkyy.net. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

9. Cookies

Our sites use cookies and similar technologies. Details and your choices are in the Cookie Policy.

10. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, rate limiting and monitoring) to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

11. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or the law. The current version always applies; significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
